Enisa Gološ was born on October 6, 1964 in Mostar. She graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Sarajevo, and defended her master's thesis and doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Džemal Bijedić in Mostar and obtained the title of Doctor of Humanities, specialized field of linguistics. She worked as a teacher in primary school, then in Mostar Gymnasium and in other secondary schools, as an external associate at the Faculty of Humanities in Mostar, and as an expert adviser for secondary education at the Mostar Pedagogical Institute, before being appointed as director. She has published several scientific and professional works, both in domestic magazines and in international anthologies. She is the author of one professional and one scientific book, a participant in a number of international scientific conferences and symposia, as well as a number of projects within the framework of the reform of the education system. She is married and the mother of two children.
Pedagogical Insitute
Based on Art. 20 of the Act on Cantonal Ministries and Other Bodies of Cantonal Administration (Official Gazette of the Croatian National Academy of Sciences No. 4/98, 1/02) The Pedagogical Institute performs professional-pedagogical, administrative and other tasks in the field of preschool education and education, primary, secondary and special education, which relate to:
1. preparation of proposals for curricula and programs for preschool, special, primary and secondary schools, monitoring their implementation and, based on this, proposing and making proposals for changes and additions to them,
2. carrying out expert supervision in teaching and other forms of organized work of educators, professional associates and directors,
3. adoption of the methodology for creating and implementing the annual work programs of educational institutions,
4. adoption of a professional development program for educators and associates,
5. determining the proposed plan, criteria and criteria for enrolling students in the first grades of secondary schools,
6. monitoring the application of curricula, textbooks and manuals, pedagogical standards and norms in practice and proposing changes and addition of the same,
7. organization of educational information and other systems in the area of the Canton,
8. informative and analytical activity, preparation of information, reports and analysis for the needs of the ministry and other institutions in the Canton area,
9. publication of professional journals and publications,
10. preparation of proposals for implementing regulations within the jurisdiction of the Institute,
11. preparation of professional instructions for work and direct assistance to educational institutions and educators,
12. care and assistance in the introduction of teachers and professional associates into the educational process,
13. performance of other tasks within his jurisdiction.
