The Ministry performs administrative and other professional tasks related to:

• the tax system and tax policy of the County;

• the system of fees within the jurisdiction of the County;

• financing of the functions of the County – preparation and execution of the County Budget and annual calculation of the County Budget;

• determining the dynamics of monitoring and planning of missing funds, concentration of financial resources;

• the system of financing general and social needs;

• ensuring financial markets and improving the financial system in the County;

• economic and financial affairs related to the property of the County;

• inspection supervision in all areas within its jurisdiction;

• monitors and analyzes the implementation of the overall financial policy of the Federation, and its impact on the financial situation and trends in the County, and through the County representatives in the federal government bodies, requests the taking of appropriate measures;

• analyzes and evaluates the work of federal financial bodies and organizations at the County level (tax bodies, etc.);

• prepares draft laws in its field;.

• performing other tasks in these areas, in accordance with the law.
