The work of the Office of the Prime Minister is regulated by the Regulation on the internal organization, method of work and systematization of jobs of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Herzegovina-Neretva County, which determines the schedule of tasks and tasks, the number of civil servants and employees, basic and special official titles, the method of management, the powers and responsibilities of civil servants and employees in performing tasks and tasks, the organization, programming and planning of work, the method of hiring civil servants and employees, the method of achieving publicity of work, disciplinary responsibility, as well as other issues of importance for the internal organization and performance of tasks and tasks of the Office of the Prime Minister. This Regulation is adopted by the Head of the Office of the Prime Minister of the HNŽ, with the consent of the Prime Minister and the Government of the HNŽ. The work of the Office of the Prime Minister is managed by the Head, who is responsible for the professional, timely and effective work of the Office. This means that the Head represents and represents the Office of the Prime Minister of the HNŽ, organizes work, ensures legality, transparency, expertise and timeliness in performing tasks. The work of the Head of the Office of the Prime Minister is based on a series of laws and regulations, drawn up in accordance with the needs of the Office. In the event of temporary absence, the Head is replaced by one of the heads of departments in the Office. In the Office of the Prime Minister of the HNŽ, tasks are divided into general and technical within two departments: the Department for Legal, Personnel and General Affairs and the Department for Public Relations. Programming and planning of work in the Office of the Prime Minister is determined by the annual work program and monthly plans adopted by the Head, in accordance with laws and other regulations. The annual work program contains a general overview of tasks and activities in a given year, and the work plans determine the schedule, dynamics, executors and other conditions necessary for the implementation of planned tasks and tasks. In order to consider significant issues within the scope of the Office of the Prime Minister, an Expert Board of the Office of the President was established, consisting of: the Head of the Office and heads of departments.
