MOSTAR MUNICIPAL COURT PROHIBITS HEALTH WORKERS' STRIKE

After a hearing was held on August 28, 2025, the Mostar Municipal Court today issued a Decision on the determination of an insurance measure by which the Independent Union of Employees of the University Clinical Hospital Mostar, as a representative union, was prohibited from striking and carrying out a strike, as well as undertaking any further activities related to organizing a strike, until the final conclusion of this process or until another court decision in this legal matter.

With this ruling, the court, in order to ensure smooth and regular activities of providing health services to patients, obliged the named trade union to enable smooth and regular activities of providing full and timely health services in all health institutions on the territory of HNK.
